Waiver and Cancellation Policy

This Waiver, Release, and Cancellation Policy agreement (“Agreement”) is between the undersigned participant (referred to as “I” herein) and MILLENNION GROUP OF COMPANIES LLC - IRON JUNGLE BOXING GYM - SERIES 1 (herein, “IJBG”) and is immediately effective upon execution.

1. Risks and Responsibilities

I, the undersigned, am aware there are significant risks involved in all aspects of physical training and competitive sports. These risks include, but are not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, and equipment failure.

2. Responsibility for Guests and Minors

I understand I am fully responsible for any and all actions of any non-IJBG member guests and any minor children accompanying me. I agree to ensure they follow all gym policies and instructions from IJBG staff.

3. Assumption of Responsibility

I willingly assume full responsibility for the risks to which I am exposing myself and accept full responsibility for any injury or death that may result from my participation in any IJBG activities.

4. Release and Hold Harmless

In consideration of the above-mentioned risks and hazards and in consideration of the fact that I am willingly and voluntarily participating in the activities offered by IJBG, I hereby release IJBG from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any injury, death, or damage to myself or my property that may occur as a result of my participation.

5. Medical Consent for Minors

If I am signing on behalf of a minor child, I also give full permission for any person connected with IJBG to administer first aid deemed necessary, and in case of serious illness or injury, I give permission to call for medical and/or surgical care for the child and to transport the child to a medical facility deemed necessary for the well-being of the child.

6. Use of Likeness

I further agree to allow IJBG, its agents, officers, principals, employees, and volunteers the use of a picture(s), film, and/or likeness of me and any minor for marketing purposes.

7. Financial Responsibility

I recognize there is risk involved in the types of activities offered by IJBG. Therefore, I accept financial responsibility for any injury that I may cause either to myself or to any other participant due to my own negligence.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises out of or relates to this contract, or the breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation administered by a mediator before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure.

9. Membership Cancellation

I understand IJBG is a business and, as such, is dependent on the goodwill and recurring attendance and payments of its athlete members. I agree to the cancellation policy set forth by IJBG and understand that cancellations must be made in accordance with the policy to avoid penalties.

10. Session Credit Expirations

I understand that session credits purchased at IJBG expire based on the following schedule:

• 1 Session: Expires in 30 days

• 5 Sessions: Expires in 60 days

• 10 Sessions: Expires in 90 days

• 15 Sessions: Expires in 120 days

• 20 Sessions: Expires in 180 days

• 50 Sessions: Expires in 206 days

• 100 Sessions: Expires in 396 days

I, [customer.name], have read and understood the foregoing assumption of risk, and release of liability and I understand that by signing it obligates me to indemnify the parties named for any liability for injury or death caused by my negligence or willful misconduct.

Priority Booking Policy

Priority Booking

Clients with a year-long membership are entitled to priority booking privileges. This includes the ability to book sessions in advance of regular clients, ensuring access to preferred time slots.

Existing Bookings

Priority booking does not allow for the displacement of regular clients who have already booked their sessions. Regular clients’ bookings will be honored, and priority clients must choose from the remaining available slots.

Cancellations and No-Shows

If a regular client cancels a booking, the spot will be offered to the priority clients before being made available to regular clients again. No-shows may incur a fee as per the gym's cancellation policy.
